Acupuncture:
Acupuncture is a traditional healing practice originating in China.  It has been used for over 2000 years and encompasses the idea that energy passes through our bodies through different channels or meridians.  When the energy is not flowing normally, problems arise and our bodies reflect this in the form of illness and ailments.  In an acupuncture treatment, fine filiform needles are inserted into the body along different meridians, to promote the flow of energy in our bodies.
Upon an initial visit, a comprehensive consultation is done to cater the treatment to each individual’s needs.

Tuina Massage & Reflexology:
Tuina massage is a therapeutic massage treatment that is an important component of Traditional Chinese Medicine, utilizing specific techniques and manipulations to stimulate different acupuncture points.  Both tuina and reflexology can be used to treat different ailments and build immunity, to prevent future illnesses.  These treatments are preferred by those who may dislike needles and are especially beneficial to children and seniors.
