Swedish Massage:  A therapeutic, gentle massage with long gliding strokes and kneading to increase circulation, relieve muscle tension and promote detoxification by stimulating the lymphatic system.

Deep Tissue Massage:  Deeper pressure is applied to relieve chronic muscle conditions, like muscle contractures, adhesions, trigger points and fascial restricitons.  Lighter Swedish massage techniques are simultaneously used to promote drainage of toxin build-up.

Hot Stone Therapy:  Therapeutic massage integrating the use of both hot and cold basalt stones.  The stones are used to massage your body with and then they are strategically placed on areas of tension release.

TMJ Treatment:  Therapeutic massage of the facial and mastication (chewing) muscles to provide relief to sufferes of Temporomandibular Joint dysfunction.

Pre and Post-Natal Massage:  Regular massage helps prepare for body changes that occur during pregnancy.  Treatments will help reduce stress, improve lymph drainage, benefit muscle tone, maintain good hip movement, decrease low back pain and reduce the incidence of sciatica.  Post-Natal massage helps muscles and tissues regain their pre-pregnancy condition, improve elasticity and reduce pain associated with the shifting of bones and tired muscles.

Reflexology:  A holistic treatment where pressure points located in your hands and feet are stimulated by your therapist.  Reflexology has been around since ancient Egyptian times promoting good health, deep relaxation & homeostasis. Pressure points correspond to organs, muscle and tissue in the body. By using steady pressure on specific areas tension and imbalances in the affected reflex area are released. The treatment can help prevent illness, maintain health, and improve conditions like – back pain, high blood pressure, stress, insomnia, hormonal imbalances, low energy and glandular problems.  Our therapist not only offers the reflexology treatment of the feet but also could apply reflexology techniques trhoughout the entire body.
